I cannot find Dashboard

  If I log in, the first page is the’reader’ page (address is https://wordpress.com). I cannot find dashboard.

  There should be a bar across the top of the screen that will have ‘My Sites’ and ‘Reader’ on the left side. Click on My Sites. That will take you to your blog’s dashboard.

  If you prefer to use the classic dashboard, click WP Admin from the list on the left. This will open your WP-Admin dashboard.
