I cannot find "Display Blog Posts from selected Category" anywhere.

Could someone please tell me where the Display Blog Posts from selected Category is? I found it a month ago but everywhere I go, it isn’t there anymore. Has it moved?
I want my posts with only a specific category to be displayed on one of my pages.
I have been searching for 1.5 hours now, including following articles I found on Google (not very helpful).
This is driving me crazy so thank you for any help.

What way are you trying to create a category specific page?
You can also easily create Category Pages.
