I cannot find how can I upload my own theme into wordpress? is this possible and if yes, how?

The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are found here > Appearance > Themes and there are 200 of them

To use a third party theme you will have to hire a web host and set up a self hosted WordPress.org install.

The value bundle didn’t say it allowed you to upload external themes. It specifically says it does not do this.
