I cannot find my business account

  I have a free and a business account. I cannot locate my business account and the website that I started. Somehow the two accounts have become intertwined. All I want to do is chat with the so-called happiness engineers.

  Nobody responded to my emails. I sent the requested information but then all I got was the sound of crickets. How do I chat with someone who can help me resolve my issue. I have a business account that I cannot access, which is the reason I am contacting WordPress. However, since I can only access my free account, I can only communicate via this forum.

  Also it looks like you’re trying to recover access to an account. They were able to share the correct account based on the data provided. Were you able to see that reply? I’m wondering whether those just aren’t getting delivered.
