I cannot find my domain name in my account so I cannot renew!

I have a renewal notice from wordpress for my domain carmenklammerphotography.com but I cannot find the domain in my account/purchases. What do I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is incredibly stressful to receive a renewal notice for your site and then find an empty “Purchases” screen, but this almost always points to a “Multi-Account Mismatch” or a specific type of domain mapping. Because WordPress.com and the domain registrar (the company that technically “owns” the name) are sometimes separate, the renewal notice might be coming from a different email address than the one you are currently logged into. To resolve this, first check the “To:” field of the renewal email to ensure it matches your current WordPress.com profile email; if they differ, you will need to log out and sign back in using the address that received the notice. If you are certain you are in the right account, your domain may be “mapped” from an external registrar like GoDaddy or Namecheap, meaning you would need to renew the domain through their specific dashboard even though your website is hosted on WordPress.com.

I completely understand how confusing it is to receive a renewal notice for carmenklammerphotography.com when it isn’t showing up where you expect it to be.
To keep your account details secure, I have just sent a detailed message directly to the email address associated with your account. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) for those specific instructions and the current status of that domain.
I’ll keep an eye out for any further questions you might have over there so we can get this sorted before the expiration date!

Hi Nicolas,
unfortunately I only saw your message here now and I cannot find your detailed message in my inbox… what should I look for? which email did you send it from?
Now I don’t have access to my website any more, and no idea where to change NS or recover my account.
In Icann I can see the registration has been renewed for another year though.
I am so confused.Please help!

Thank you, James. I have spoken with godaddy but they weren’t able to help, also checked my Namecheap account and can’t find any traces in there either.

According to https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/carmenklammerphotography.com that domain is registered and hosted by wordpress.com. However for some reason that domain has been parked.
I tagged this thread again with modlook to get attention from Staff again … hopefully, perhaps one day or another, …

Hi there! Thanks for your patience. I was able to confirm that this domain is currently associated with a different WordPress.com account. We’ve reached out to the email address listed on that specific account.
If you’re not sure which email address may be connected to it, please fill out our account recovery form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Once submitted, our team can help you regain access to the correct account so you can renew your domain. We’ll keep an eye out for that!

Thank you! I’ve managed to recover my account and renew my domain.
Now when I want to reconnect the website in ManageWP I get an error notice:“Connection problem 403 Forbidden. It looks like some of our IP addresses are not properly whitelisted in your security plugin or WAF.”
Is this something to do with WordPress.com? I never had this problem before.

In fact you do not need ManageWP on the WordPress.com platform. WordPress.com already includes automatic backups, security, and updates in their hosting plans. ManageWP is designed for self-hosted WordPress sites (typically WP.org via hosts like SiteGround or Bluehost) to centralize maintenance.
-
I’m hosting the site on Siteground and managing website maintenance via ManageWP. Before the disconnection due to the delayed domain renewal it worked fine, but now it doesn’t let me reconnect it with ManageWP. At some point a message came up to check my network, but it’s all very confusing.
-
I was considering transferring the domain to Siteground too, I don’t know if this would eliminate all these problems. The website has been on Siteground for a few years now and there was never an issue before.

(Sorry about the confusion, divineretreats is me, I was signed in with the other account.)
