I cannot find my plugins directory, and i pay for a wordpress site.

  I pay for a wordpress site, and im tryign to upload a plugin, but i cannot find my plugin directory. I see that on other people ssite, its on teh left hand side in teh navigation under comments… but, i dont see it anywhere and cant find it.

  Plugins can’t be used at WordPress.com — they’re a feature of self-hosted WordPress sites.
