  I bought a premium plan and cannot find the site

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi! My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that got a receipt when you purchased the plan.

  And if you’re having trouble with that, could you send a link to the site?

  Thanks for your response. However, when I log into the site, I am given the option of upgrading. I do not see the current name of the site, also, there is no record in the purchase section that I have paid for a premium plan. The site also has its email.
  I was working in the private domain.

  This generally means you are not logged in to the correct account. Can you tell us the domain you used on your site?

  Also, please note that on your credit card statement, you can locate the transaction ID for the payment you made to us. Then, send the transaction ID to us via the account recovery form here. We will be happy to help you log in to the correct account once you submit the account recovery form.

  Hello:
  I submitted the info. you requested, and I went ahead and logged in. However, it is not the site I was working on. There are no uploaded images. Also, there is no record on my purchase page as was seen on the original site.

  You are still logged in to the wrong account pwalcott17, that’s why you don’t see your purchases and site.

  The site was never launched. I was working in the private domain. The name was edhubb.com.
  What I am seeing is a site I previously owned.

  https://edhubb.com/ belongs to a different WordPress.com account, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  You’ll need to first log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me and then log in under the correct account.

  I saw the site I was working on. However. I cannot have access to it. I did not want it to go live. Can this site be deleted and my account be transferred to the one I had access to? Thanks.

  As my colleague mentions above, you will need to follow the account recovery process to regain access to the site.

  Since you recently made a purchase this should be a pretty quick process. Get that started as soon as you can, and get back to us if you have any questions about what you see there.
