I cannot find "paste from word" icon on kitchen sink of visual editor

  For some reason the “paste from word” icon has disappeared from the kitchen sink of my visual editor. I have tried removing cookies and resetting my browser but have failed to recover it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
