I cannot find the 'insert new post' button.

I am trying to add some articles to my blog. As you can see, I have a blog here. https://tanjacilia.wordpress.com/ But suddenly, the ‘add new post’ has disappeared. I tried to change the password, maybe that was the problem, or so I thought. But suddenly I am being told that I do not have a WordPress blog. I don’t want to begin a new blog. Can anyone help? Thank you.
