  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:

  However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/

  Hi,
  Thanks for responding.

  I’m looking for the popular plugins that are built in.
  However I cant find the plugin cursor on my wp-admin.

  There is no plugin link here at WordPress.com. Plug-ins can only be used on WordPress.org sites.

  Thanks for being patient with me- I’m a total noob on website creation and computers.

  Is it possible for me to migrate my website over to WordPress.org with the same domain name?

  I am trying to add Google Analytics, and exploring other possible plugins as well.

  Hello there, Josaphin!

  First, I wasn’t sure if you were aware, but we do provide you with site stats, which may suit you as well as Google Analytics:

  https://wordpress.com/stats/day/thatrobyn.com

  If you still prefer Google Analytics, and prefer to move to a .ORG site, you can definitely still use the same domain name (gshofficeplaza.com). Instead of changing your name servers for your domain to “point” to your WordPress.com site, you will change them to “point” to your self-hosted site’s servers. You will do this with your domain registrar, not us. No transfer necessary!
