I cannot find the plugin tab under my dashboard.

  The title pretty much explains it, but I can’t find the plugin tab no matter where I look (WP admin, etc.).
  I am new to this, am awful at coding, and have no idea how to add a plugin (I just want Disqus).
  I am logged in as an administrator..
  Please help ; u ;

  Hey,

  Plugins are not supported on WordPress.COM blogs. All the blogs hosted here share a single WordPress platform, so it will be a security risk to allow any blog to upload custom plugins.

  They can be used on self-hosted WordPress installs though, which are related to WordPress.ORG.

  If you are looking for spam protection, Akismett is standard on your blog and does a great job blocking and sorting out spam
