I cannot find where the style.css is located

  I just want to change the color on the sidebar font, and I’m pretty sure if I could just find the styles.css file I would have it done in a minute. Problem is, I have no idea where to find it to edit it. I’ve clicked every link on my menu to try and find it. Any help?
