I cannot find where to edit my email name for my website

I am trying to customize my email forwarding name but I am having trouble locating where I go to do this. Thank for your helps guys.

I’m sorry but you are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at wordpress.COM because that site is not hosted here and we do not provide support for sites we do not host.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

I checked http://ragtimenews.com/ and I found that site is setup using WordPress software, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn about the differences.
Since ragtimenews.com is using WordPress hosted through a company other than WordPress.com, you will need to ask either your web hosting provider or the domain registrar where you originally purchased the domain for help setting up or managing email forwarding. Note that in some cases the domain registrar and hosting company are the same company (it just depends on how you originally did your setup). I would recommend contacting your hosting company first and include more specific details when you make your help request, such as: I would like to setup an email forwarder from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff), can you help me with that?

Although, for email forwarding help, they should contact their web hosting provider, not post in the WordPress.org forums.
