I cannot get a refund for premium themes!

Hello WordPress.
I’m in a frustating situation right now . I’ve bought two premium themes (Paulie & Shrake), that i regret buying, so therefore i would like to get a refund for them. When i go to ”manage purchases” and press the ”cancel and refund” buttom it just says ”Unable to cancel upgrade because of missing subscription” when i confirm the cancel. I can’t find any help in other forums or sites, so i really hope someone can help me fix this and return the themes!
The Paulie theme was bought on wednesday, and i just purchased the Shrake theme a few minutes ago to see if it was the same problem with other themes – which it turned out to be.

Are you logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered each site and purchased the premium theme for the site?What’s key are (1) the URL of the site the theme was purchased for, and (2) exactly which username account purchased that theme for that site.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

thank you very much for answering my question :)I am the only admin on my site, and i purchased the themes from the same account that i’m using right now – so it seems like i’m doing everything the way you suggest, but it still says ”Unable to cancel upgrade because of missing subscription”.

Staff respond to threads tagged for their attention in datestamp order from the earliest to the most recent, as would be expected. Please be patient while waiting for them to deal with those threads that were tagged prior to this one.

Hey there, I’m sorry to hear you were having trouble getting a refund! I’ve just canceled and refunded both of those themes for you. It can take up to a week for the refund to come through, but it’s usually quicker than that.
If you’re still running into any other issues, just let us know.
