I CANNOT GET INTO MY OAID ACCOUNT

  The system states there is no other account.then it states, there is an email but won’t allow me to sign in.. then it states can’t send reset password., try to recover but it won’t allow me and ask me to reset password.. the system states my account is linked to another account but won’t let me access it; however, it’s imparitive I get in. I pay for it and the site is still up.. And I can’t get into live support

  Hey there @janelricks, can you send a link to the site you’re trying to log into? If it isn’t hosted here with us, that could explain a few of the issues you’re seeing, and you would want to type /wp-admin after the site address to log in.
