You may have had a site for ten years but you have only had this particular account for two months. What is the address of the WordPress.com site you’re trying to reach? Perhaps you need to log in via a different username. As there is no phone support at WordPress.com I have added a modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could reply to you and remove your phone number from this thread.

If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool:

If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:
