I cannot get into my site and it is showing an error when I try to pull it up publically.

HELP I cannot access my site and there is no way to get help from someone at WordPress. It comes up ‘This page isn’t working HTTP error 500. This is the 2nd day with no website

One thing to take note of, if your website is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com we can unfortunately not offer support here.
