To clarify, @rolandh1936 is the account you are logged into at the moment… it is the account you are posting this support request under.
The issue is that the site rolandhaertl.wordpress.com is not under your @rolandh1936 account, but is associated with a different account.
Is it possible you created more than one login with us, possibly under a different email address?
