I cannot get into my WP admin

  I cannot access my WP admin to export my materials to a WP host. I know that I cannot because my self-hosted site expired. However, I am trying to get into my site to avoid renewing with that outside (non WP) hosting site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello!

  Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, we here at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.

  If your hosting has expired, you’d need to contact the host to see if they can provide you either access to the files, or you might need to pay for another month to get access to them.

  Thank you! Your information was very helpful to me. Since writing my initial post, I have contacted my previous host and received access to all my content. However, I cannot log into my Word Press admin to complete the transfer. Why would this be? Is there a way around it?

  When you say your “Word Press Admin” what exactly are you trying to access?

  If you’re looking to import your content to a site here at WordPress.com you’d need to have a blog/site set up first. Is this your only account here, as this account currently does not have any sites set up on it.

  Once you have a site set up, you’ll have access to the dashboard and be able to import your content.
