I cannot get into the email I set up

I paid for and set up the following email:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
To go with my website, and I cannot gain access to it. I tried to change the password, but it didn’t work. Please let me know how to get into my email and start using it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You should have received an email from Google with the login credentials for your email account. Did you receive that email?

I got an email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) with a temporary password.
I was able to login to the Google business console and set up my password, but it says I don’t have access to email. I paid for an email account, what has happened? This is seriously a nightmare.

I’m sorry for the difficulty here. When you log in to Google Apps using your new login, you should have a drop-down similar to the one here:
When you click that Mail icon, can you let me know the content of the error message you’re receiving?
