I cannot get into the site

    I’ve had issues with the site and I followed the alerts on how to fix it. Now I cannot get back into my WordPress account and it’s not showing all the work I’ve done over the past few days

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    Your site isn’t hosted with us on WordPress.com, just connected to your account with us via a plugin called Jetpack. So while you can manage some aspects of your site using your WordPress.com account thanks to that connection, we have no direct control over how your site itself works.

    I see your site currently shows a “Error establishing a database connection” error. That would prevent the Jetpack connection from working as well, which is why you can’t access your content from our end.
