I cannot get my custom menu to appear as it does in sobe's example page.

I recently activated Sobe theme. When you view the sobe theme, it shows a custom header pictured above the “Sobe” title of the blog, with: “About me; Contact; etc” listed. However, when I try to make a custom menu like that, it only appears in a second column next to my posts. I would love to have it above the name of my blog/image.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi!
It looks like you were able to figure this out as I currently see a menu above your site title here:
To clarify, any menu set as the primary menu on your site here should appear in that position:

Let me know if you need anything else!
