I cannot have access to my dashboard after creating a free account…

  Hi There :)

  I am a regular user of WordPress ( I already own 3 account). I am creating now a new one, for a customer. When I did enter the basic informations to create the account, just after that I couldn’t have any access to the dashboard or a possibility to select a new Theme. I did clean my computer memory, but the problem remain the same.
