I cannot install a theme that I want

I am trying to change the theme of my website to Shoreditch. But in the Dashboard, when browsing themes to add, Shoreditch does not appear. How can I find Shoreditch and install it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Switching themes https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes can be easily done, provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site. Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do a lot of work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme with different features and/or if you have done any CSS editing.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click the “activate” or the “preview” link, or type in the name of the theme you want to use when it appears.
The theme customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ provides a preview function for exactly that purpose ie. so you can view what a theme will appear like prior to changing one.

Yes, I am logged in as Admin under the same username account, am Browsing themes, but Shoreditch does not appear. If you search for it, it does not come up. It doesn’t make sense. Is there another way to navigate to it? Is there some way someone could help me install it?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Thank you! The link you provided for downloading the theme worked and it is installed. I didn’t know this wasn’t the right forum, or I had to download because my site is hosted elsewhere. But anyway, problem is solved i think? Thank you…

Shoreditch has been submitted to the WordPress.org directory, and once it’s accepted it’ll have its own support forum there.
