I cannot install any plug ins and I lost my old content.

  I recently switched domains. I am trying to upload the backup from my old site with the plugin UpDraft Plus, but I am unable to upload any plugins to the new site. I keep getting this error on every plug in I try to download: Installation failed: Could not create directory.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If by chance you are talking about a site using the standalone WP software, you’ll want to post at the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on that page.
