I see that you have already and they were indeed in my Akismet spam filter.I have “despammed” you and it now shows up on my test blog. One thing to do is to make a few comments on your own blog and then go to comments > akismet spam find your comment and “despam” yourself. If you have left comments at other blogs, and you know the people, email them and tell them to look in their akismet spam folder for your comments and “despam” them. After a few days or less, the fact that you are not spam will get through the akismet system and you will not have any problems after that.

Thank you for your help. I’m still not able to leave comments on any WP blog except my own, and I’m not showing up in the Akismet file, so I guess I’m sunk, commenting-wise anyway.

Pause for awhile. Sometimes the comments take a couple of hours to be fixed, for whatever reason.
Your comments go through just fine on your own blog? If you can post just fine on your own blog, then you’re obviously not getting caught by Akismet; when it catches you, you can’t comment on your own blog either. Maybe you’re trying to comment on blogs with comment moderation turned on, and they haven’t gotten around to posting your comment?

Comment on your own blog while logged out and then check the Akismet folder. If you are in there, mark yourself as “not spam”. Also, if you have contact information for some of the blogs where you comments did not show up, ask them to look in their spam filters and “despam” you. It can take a day or two for the despamming to make it all the way through the system, but you should be alright in a couple days.
And perhaps Mark will drop in and make the “quick fix” for you.

Yep, they were there in the Akismet spam filter. I despammed them and hopefully within a day or two everything will be back to normal. If you wish, leave additional comments and I’ll despam them as well if they get caught.
I have a self-hosted blog, and there was an Akismet update just in the past week so it could be they’ve adjusted the algorithms due to spammer changes. A very large part of the spam I get is from gmail accounts, so people with gmail may have it a little rough for a little bit.

I have still same problem. May somebody help me? About my blog there is no problem. But other blogs my comments all go to akismat. :(

Volunteers cannot help you any further with this problem. You need to have the people getting your comments to mark them “not spam” several times for Akismet to learn that your comments are not spam.

Well this is weird. I left a couple comments on WordPress blogs in the last hour or so — or so I thought — but they don’t show up on the blogs, in my dashboard, in my “my comments” nowhere. Even on blogs I’ve left comments on before and know don’t hold for moderation, I’m not there.
It’s as if I don’t exist. Oh, well.

Done. It shows 0 comments after I left mine. I really should be trying to get the rest of the Scotch tape off my fingernails, but….
