Now the one I just left on your blog, tt, is showing in my dashboard and My Comments but the others are still in the ether. Or wherever.

Okay I found it in the Akismet filter and “de-spammed” it. If you want to do this a couple of more times go for it. I’m close by washing mountains of dishes in preparation for our christmas eve repast.

Do you mean me? I’ll try it again, but I think this must be connected to the latest avatar/spam thing. Last night I had to despam a comment from thistimethisspace who has left several comments on my blog. Straight to spam, although the avatar enabled me to see immediately that it was legit.

I got the first one you sent and I de-spammed it. However, Akismet says I have (1) that I cannot access when I click it.

This has to be connected to our latest enhancement.
But as it’s Christmas Eve and time is a wasting, I can’t care about this any further. Thanks for your help and for de-spamming me.

The Akismet count (at .com) seems to stick on one (or two or whatever) and then changes after about an hour or two. I’ve noticed this for the past few days. The recent Akismet update seems to tightened things up and people who were not getting caught are now getting caught. gmail seems to get the most false catches, but a huge percentage of the spam I’m getting of late is from gmail accounts.

Im having a problem now.
Whenever I comment, it dosent come up automatically but the next day.

Try waiting for today then because the servers might be over loaded because of all the Christmas greetings and wishes. You can also try posting a comment at my blog and let’s see if it shows up soon enough. http://hindish.wordpress.com/
I’ll not be here to confirm if the comment appeared but if it does, I believe it’ll be shown there immediately and that will confirm that the problem is not from your side.

if the blog belongs to you, there seems to be a problem then…

@ timethief, i did what you told me. But it happened that i commented on a blog 3 or 4 times. but still my comments goes to akismat and every time the owner of blog de-spammed me. But still no difference :(

@ sulz, no, they use no moderation. Just it happens to me. All other commentators leave coment easily.

@ all, it is recent problem. Exactly is started such a disaster on me since yesterday afternoon. I think there is some changes in akismat system too. Or maybe it is bcs of recent changes in system of wordpress?!
