I cannot log in and I know the username and password are correct

  I am unable to log in, though I am 100% positive that the username and password are correct.

  what’s the error message you’re getting?

  you’ll want to ensure that you are typing out the username and password, if you are copy/pasting the username and password it could be adding a nearly invisible half space that’s causing the issue.
