I cannot log in and tried to reset password and I am not receiving email

  Hello WP,
  I cannot login to my website account, everytime trying to log to word press from blue host they ask for passwrod and user name and its always worng,
  tried to reset and never receioved the link

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet
