I cannot log in, deleted primary email
-
Good day! Unfortunately, I cannot access the primary email I used for this account/website, because I’ve laid off from the company. Before I was let go, I set my personal email as my recovery email, then I proceeded into cancelling all of the WordPress products I have used/subscribed into. However, I was contacted by my former manager, whom I used her company-issued credit card for WordPress, saying that her card was charged by WordPress.
Now, I would like to access my account and double check everything (to see if I have cancelled everything and request for cancellation of the credit card charge), and would like to delete my account.
P.S. tried resetting my password using SMS, but didn’t receive any SMS..
Hope you could help me with this.

Hi @profoundlyexuberant6f80a4ac1e,
If the site is hosted here on WordPress servers this may help:
You can attempt to recover your account by verifying your ownership. As you mentioned that you aren’t receiving SMS. So one way to do this is by providing the transaction ID. You may find this documentation helpful for guidance on account recovery.
Or, for your own copy of WordPress with a different host, ask your host for help with this:

Hi @profoundlyexuberant6f80a4ac1e
For security reasons, we can’t help with account-related issues here in the forums. Please submit the account recovery form with proof of account ownership or email us at passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Our team will get back to you via email to help you with this further.
Thanks!
