I cannot log in to admin my website

I cannot access my website to administer it.
My username is not found. I’ve tried several.
My email is not accepted. I’ve tried every one I’ve got.
I don’t know how I screwed this up so bad.
What can I do now? -

I installed a theme last summer, hosted by WordPress.com
I do not have a record of any payment to WordPress, however. It does not appear that I paid for the site. And yet, the site is “Live.”
Because I did not begin to build the site, I believe I should just re-install.
Does this mean that my best option is to go to my account settings and choose the option “Close your account permanently” ? It looks like it to me. Or can I somehow salvage this account? Is it worth trying? Yes, I’ll just start all over. I got called too far away last summer, I’ll start again. Thank you. -

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Hostwinds. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
