  Hi there, it looks like you need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are using to post to these forums. toolsforbalance Once you log into that account, you’ll also have access to LiveChat (when available) and direct email support.

  First log out of this account and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in and then log in with the correct account. If you don’t remember the password for that other account, but have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

  Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ Since it looks like you have a paid upgrade on that site, you’ll have the needed information to recover it. Do not post that information anywhere but in the account recovery form.
