I cannot log in to my wordpress site, yet it is up and viewable???

  Hi,
  I think it all started when I made some changes to make parts of the site private and not viewable. I usually log in to my wordpress through the actual site, but I don’t see the option to log in as admin. And when I try to log in from wordpress.com, it says my email address/username does not exist (I thought I possibly forgot the password).
