I cannot log in to upgrade my account

  I cannot log in to renew my account and access my website. We had the website designed by developers who are unreachable now. I want to pay for my account and continue using wordpress but i keep getting that i do not have access to upgrade my account can you please assist me with getting access to pay for our upgrade?

  Over here on the wordpress.com platform we have a strict policy regarding accounts. Only the owner of a purchase is able to manage his purchase. There is no way wordpress.com just hands over a domain and/or site to someone claiming it’s his or her site.
