  The website coalingapress.org is tied to a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.

  However, since this site has paid upgrades you will also have the transaction IDs from charges on this account. Then, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If you see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.
