I cannot log into an existing account.

I had the site wallstowalls.net. I used HostGator to buy a host. My email address attached to this account should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the user is wallstowalls. Phone number should be [removed]. My account information for Host Gator is the same. I have already paid for it so I don’t know what to do? Please help me.
I started a second account wallstowallsstudio, under (email visible only to moderators and staff) Password [Removed] so I could reach out to someone, I cannot get help anywhere.

I didn’t realize this was going to public page. Also, I have no idea where barrierstonewalls.wordpress.com came in? Can someone provide me with a contact number for IT help with word press? Thank you.

This is the support forum just for sites hosted here at WordPress.com such as barrierstowalls.wordpress.com. I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to respond (and remove your personal information).
