I cannot log into my admin page dashboard

  I cannot log in to my http://www.hollywoodwarstores/blog/wp-admin dashboard. I get this error message:
  Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_json_encode() in /home/content/15/11042115/html/Hollywoodwarstories.com/blog/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 668
  How can I fix this and get back into my admin page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your blog isn’t hosted on WordPress.com. For support for WordPress.org you want to go to https://wordpress.org/support/. :-)

  That site is NOT hosted by wordpress.COM and our support docs do not apply to it so be clear on that. We cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.

  My site was created with wordpress.org. It is hosted as a subdirectory of http://www.hollywoodwarstories.com on GoDaddy. I have a user name and password but cannot log in to the admin page.

  The fact that you say it does not exist is refuted by looking at it at:
  http://www. hollywoodwarstories.com/blog

  I want to customize the site and cannot get in to my admin page/dashboard (as I stated previously) because of this error message:

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_json_encode() in /home/content/15/11042115/html/Hollywoodwarstories.com/blog/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 668

  By the way, I have been using the admin page/dashboard and this site for over 2 years. This error just appeared.

  In that case, should I chose to create a new site/blog in wordpress.org, can I still use my domain name, hollywoodwarstories.com/blog or should I rather use hollywoodwarstoriesblog.com? In either case, how is it hosted?
