I cannot log into my 'blackcitygirl' account – my phone was stolen. Please help.

  Hi there,

  I have been running a blog called http://www.blackcitygirl.com on the Modern News theme since January 2013. I paid and upgraded from the basic themes. I have a huge dilemma as I can’t log into my blog due to the fact, I placed a 2 step authentication process on my blog via my phone and my phone has been stolen, and I can’t log in without the phone. Is there anyway I can access my account? I can answer any security questions you wish, failing that I can give you the phone number which has the data for the 2 step authentication on it (even though I don’t have it anymore).

  I signed up for this new account as I saw that you cannot receive support without having a WordPress account. Please help me log back into my ‘blackcitygirl’ account.
