I cannot log into my domain not even reset password

I am trying to reset the password at http://my_site/wp-admin/ but all over a sudden my email and username are not recognised.
I am using my_site to represent my real domain.

It looks like your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is probably using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your login issue.
