i cannot log into your guyses software on wordpress.org

    every time i try to log into the dashboard for my website (wordpress.org) or my admin panel it says my account doesnt exist, my email doesnt exist, my email isnt registered with you guys but it is, and i have tried resetting my password but ive entered all my emails and usernames to try and get a reset link but it wont let me. I need help.

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    vertaservices.com is a site hosted with Hostgator and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    They’re very similar, but two separate things.

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
