I cannot login

I cannot log into my WordPress account. Several hours ago I tried to transfer the website domain name to NationBuilder and I was subsequently logged out and cannot sign back in! I tried to reset the password and I am not receiving any email and my email address isn’t recognised.
I have had to make a new account to make this post so I cannot contact WordPress as a paid user.
I cannot find a contact number or direct email address for WordPress in the UK. This is incredibly frustrating!!

I tried to change the domain on WordPress to “kateosamor.wordpress.com” in the Site Url and Site Address fields and that’s when this problem occurred.

I see there is a site at https://kateosamor.wordpress.com/. Is that site yours?
When you changed the address, did you perhaps approve the option to create a new username? If you did, the site is now in that account and you’ll need to log in as that user to access it.
The WhoIs data for http://www.kateosamor.co.uk/ shows that it is now hosted by nationbuilder.com. I assume you want to set up a self-hosted site on that domain? For help with that you’ll need to post in the WordPress.org forums: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.

kateosamor.wordpress.com is supposed to be the URL that I wanted to use, yes. I didn’t get to approved the new username option because I was immediately logged out of the site and cannot get into it.
I’m not familiar with some of the jargon. If you mean: I want to transfer the domain name to NationBuilder? Then yes. However, I would like to shut down my WP account as it is a paid site.
I’ve already been to WP(dot)org and they sent me here. This is incredibly frustrating! Isn’t there anyway to contact WP so that they can shut down the WP account?

You will not be able to use a WordPress.com site address for a self-hosted, WordPress.org site.

Sorry, that’s not the problem.
I tried to transfer the domain name for kateosamor.co.uk to kateosamor.wordpress.com because I was moving kateosamor.co.uk to NationBuilder.
I probably did it incorrectly, resulting in me being logged out by WP and now I am unable to access my WP account — I had to create a new account to do this forum post. I want to shut down my WP account which is associated to kateosamor.co.uk (kateosamor.wordpress.com) but my log in details appear to not be working. Furthermore, when I try to reset my password, I do not receive a passoword reset.
Again, this is incredibly frustrating!
All I want to do is transfer the domain — kateosamor.co.uk — to NationBuilder and stop my subscription to WP as I won’t be needing a paid membership any more. How can I do this asap?

In order to transfer or manage this domain, you will need to contact its registrar, Easyspace.
