I cannot login

  I’ve not logged into my account for awhile and now it doesn’t recognize my user name or email to login. I created a new login to post this but I cannot access my website and keep getting this when I click my old admin link to login: ‘Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements…’ Any advise?
