I have a wordpress themed site. It is hosted with another company. I cannot login to my backend and they don’t seem to be able to help me. They told me to contact wordpress support as it is an issue they have no control over

Hi there!
To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
- The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
- WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
- WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.
Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
Typically your site’s login should be here: http://www.siemreapproperties.com/wp-login.php
However, that URL reports a 500 Internal Server Error. Since this is a server error, not a WordPress one, your host should be able to advise where your login page is and why the normal login URL is reporting that 500 error. Since they’re hosting your site, they also have access to your site’s files and database and should be able to look into the problem.
If you still have trouble, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance:

I hope that helps!
