I cannot login to my website

  Please can you advise why I am unable to login to my website. It keeps saying this message ‘Error establishing a database connection’

  The only site I see under your @patricklay WordPress.com account when I check on our end is this one: https://patricklay.wordpress.com/

  You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  I do not see a database error message, and https://patricklay.wordpress.com/ seems to be in working order. Is it possible you are referring to a site you created under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
