I cannot login to my website as it has disappeared following changes in settings

  I am completely new to designing a website, this new site is to run my Neighbourhood Watch Scheme.
  I have had help in setting up the initial website from others and I have admin access to complete the design and learn how to do it.
  Yesterday I was in the admin section and there were some issues which it recommended a health check which I did. The results of the health check made recommendations that I do the following.
  Update the plugins to the latest version.
  Add an s on the end http.
  I added a .UK on the end of the site name which was .org and now it is .org.uk
  I added a new email address which will be the one shown on the website to contact and not my personal one which the site is setup with, that one remains the same.
  And lastly I wanted to add a picture, to this I clicked on the link to Gravatar, setup an account with them added the picture, went back to settings in the website and the picture appeared. All good so far but when I clicked on save changes it all went wrong as I was supposed to get an email to the new email address to confirm the addition which didn’t come through, when I tried to get back in my site both the site and my admin section to my site are now not there anymore, it’s like its vanished so something has gone horribly wrong. I have tried as many ways as I know to restore it but no luck. I can get into Gravatar and I am there with the details I setup all fine but my WordPress website is now not accessible it’s as if it’s been removed. I am now stuck any ideas would be appreciated.

  Yes of course and thanks for replying

  Before the changes it was, http://www.swd-nwatch.org

  After the changes I updated it would be, https://www.swd-nwatch.org.uk

  I do hope you can tell me what’s happened.

  All right, so I double checked on whoishostingthis.com and according to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=swd-nwatch.org your site is not hosted on WordPress.com (Automattic) but on UKDedicated.
  If you use the open-source WordPress software (WordPress.org), you’ll need to go to their forum to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
