I cannot login to the webpage and it is not loading

    Hi there,
    I need some help. I have engaged a web developer who used wordpress to create this website for me https://opsh.com.sg and after just merely 6 months, the website is not able to load and I am having difficulties logging in to the wordpress login.

    I have tried to use this website https://opsh.com.sg/wp-admin to login. Previously, it was fine but now it has not been able to load.

    I am not very familiar with website codes and all so I will need help to understand what is going on and how we are able to rescue this website.

    Please help!

    Hey quinzhang,

    You seem to use the standalone WordPress software, and your website is hosted somewhere else.

    Here are the DNS settings.

    NS86.SGDNS.NET
    NS87.SGDNS.NET

    We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    Please either contact your web hosting customer support or submit your query to WordPress.org forums.

    To do so, you need to create an account on WordPress.org.
    https://login.wordpress.org/register
