I cannot make contact with WordPress.com for some reason, I am a premium holder

I just had to replace my computer with a new computer. I am a premium holder. I am LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN BLOG NOW.
There is a demand I sign in each time this is then rejected and then when I do it a second time, it lets me in as a GUEST. I cannot supervise my comments anymore and access all my premium systems!
I cannot even contact you via the portal for Premium users. PLEASE CALL ME at [phone number redacted – this is a public forum]
If you take my money and refuse services, I will have to take measures.

With an upgraded plan you should be able to contact staff directly by email or live chat.

I am a PREMIUM MEMBER already! Their ‘live chat’ page is dead. It comes up a blank.
I just paid my annual $99 fee this week, too! This is infuriating. The live chat page isn’t operational. I do not want to do business this way, in public. I need to talk to the staff and can’t because the page they use is not operational. Can someone tell them this?
I assume they have phones there. Call me.

Does the staff at WordPress view any of these comments? If not, can someone who has Premium contact them for me and tell them to talk to me? This is highly important.
I am not going to let this go on forever. Someone in the organization has to respond at some point. If not, we will have some big problems since they took my money and aren’t delivering any services.

There is no phone support at WordPress.com and it is not wise to post a phone number in a forum thread which usually ends up on Google for evermore. I just posted here to ask staff to remove your number (and hopefully assist you).

IF you can contact staff, have them email me and fix my blog. I can’t ask via Premium because their webpage comes up dead. Since you have the magic here, put them in contact with me since I can’t go the other way.
If they refuse this, they can return my money. Good grief, I hate this way of doing business.

I am reading below, ‘we love positive discussions.’ This means the staff reads these comments. If so, I would hope one of them would email me or make contact in some way.
Blogspot became impossible to use, and I left there years ago. I hope this isn’t happening here, too. I have been very nice all these years and paid good money and had services but now, in this crisis, when I have difficulties, I get silence from the staff.
I am wondering now, if they deliberately broke off contact and are not talking to me because I couldn’t get them to understand that all my premium services are not working now.
If so, they still have an obligation to perform the services for which I paid. I don’t know if they will at this point. The clock is ticking. Taking money for services not rendered is not legal.

It sounds like there may be a problem with your browser. Can you try another browser, like Chrome or Firefox? Maybe there’s a setting in your current browser preventing things from working. Since you got a new computer, perhaps it was preconfigured that way.
