  • Hi @weltcheklaw, this domain is pointed at name servers, but it isn’t registered here and doesn’t have any existing upgrades.

Do you want to point it to a site here on our services? If so, we can help you get it reconnected. You’ll just want to buy a hosting plan for that site, skip the domain option, then update us here.

If you want to point it to some other host, can you change your nameserver settings with your current domain provider? The domain provider may have name servers you can use if your host does not.

You’d also be welcome to transfer the registration here, which would allow you to continue to use (and modify settings with) our name servers for the domain. Our DNS hosting is fast, and you don’t have to have hosting with us to use it, so if you’re interested in that option, we have more details here:

Do you own a domain name with another provider, such as GoDaddy or 1&1? Follow the steps in this guide to transfer the domain so that you can manage both your site and domain registration from your WordPress.com account. Before You Get Started Domain transfers can take anywhere from five to seven days to complete. If you would like your domain to start working right away, connect your dom

Does that help? I feel like I’m dumping a lot of technical info, but based on the way you asked your question, it sounds like you’ll get it. Happy to answer any questions you have, regardless.
