I cannot moderate comments.

When I log in and go to the Comments Dashboard page, it says ‘You are not allowed to edit comments on this post.’ And I can’t approve comments.
I’ve actually used two admin e-mails for this blog – call them A.com and B.com. The notification for the comment comes into A.com. But I can’t log in with A.com, and I can’t even get a password reset for it – WordPress does not seem to recognize it (even though it’s sending me notifications there).
It does recognize B.com – I got a pw reset for that – but when I log in it won’t let me moderate comments.
Suggestions? Thanks.

From your description it looks like B.com is not an admin email.
What is preventing you from resetting the password for A.com account?

You next option is to use Account Recovery form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#assisted-account-recovery
Hopefully one of these options works for you.
