    I am not able to open my domain or my dashboard to upload

    Correct account: Yes

    I don’t see any custom domains registered on your WordPress.com account/site. Can you share the domain name that you’re trying to access?

    Please note that if your site is hosted elsewhere, we might be unable to help. We can help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. WordPress sites hosted by other hosting companies are called self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
